The workplace instructor plays a significant role in familiarizing, guiding and evaluating the skills of students who come to learn at the workplace. The workplace appoints a responsible workplace instructor for the student, whose task is to support the student’s learning at the workplace as agreed upon in the training contract or apprenticeship contract.
Riveria organizes training for workplace instructors, within the framework of which the understanding and sufficient knowledge of the quality of learning in the workplace is ensured. The training is recommended for all workplace instructors, as it provides basic skills in both general guidance principles and topics related to substantive competence.
Workplace guidance training is organized in all teams at least twice a year, once in the fall and once in the spring. In addition to these, companies’ needs can be met with customized trainings that can be arranged and arranged separately.
The next common training for all fields will be held on October 10, 2024, from 9:00 to 11:30.
